Ostrich Threadstar

Moraea lewisiae

Flowers are fragrant and a deep yellow speckled with black in the centre, enclosed by green attenuate spathes. It has whiplike leaves, two or three, sometimes single, linear, channelled and trailing above or flat and somewhat twisted.
